Occupied Staging

Stage Right Georgia will meet with the client for up to two hours to go through the entire home. SRG will formulate a strategy for each room, as well as the exterior of the home and the yard. This strategy will highlight each room's best assets while making the room brighter, clutter free and up to date. The strategy will give the home excellent curb appeal. The homeowner will receive a comprehensive report detailing the changes to be made. The homeowner will decide if they would like to implement the plan or pay SRG to stage the home.

Hands on Staging

Vacant Staging

Stage Right Georgia will meet at the home to discuss the vacant staging process, which rooms to stage and the budget for staging and rental furniture. SRG will meet with the rental company to select all furnishings and will be on hand when furniture is delivered and will direct the placement of the furnishings. Each room will be staged and accessorized.

Accessory Staging

SRG will accessorize strategic rooms in a vacant home with beautiful accessories to help buyers see the rooms potential. SRG has an inventory of accessories for rent but the client can authorize SRG to purchase additional accessories as needed.

Redesign Services

SRG works with the homeowner's existing furnishings and adds a few new items to give the room a fresh and stylish new look. Client sets the purchasing budget.

Services $90.00 per hour

Organizing

Client determines what areas will be organized. SRG will develop a custom strategy and create a list of purchases. SRG works along side the client to implement the strategy so that the client experiences the process and will know how to maintain the area. Client reimburses SRG for purchased supplies.
